My lunch today...

...which I made myself, consisted of Pan Bagna,which I had in Provence, it's basically Nicoise salad in a sandwich - tuna, lettuce, olives, anchovies, hard boiled egg, tomatoes - and that watermelone, rosewater and mint salad I found in Joely's mum's Nigella Lawson cookbook.
