Good veggies to eat with Greasy food like curry, tonkatsu, tempura, gyoza and hamburgers.
These vegetables remove excess grease from your body:

Gobou (Burdock Root)
Daikon Radish
These vegetables make grease easier to digest:
Cabbage
Broccoli
Green beans
These vegetables clean your blood:
