Oct. 23rd, 2008 12:24 pmI just finished listening to Davey and Jade (from AFI, promoting their side project) on Loveline.
It's the third show I listened to with them, and every time, I'm just so impressed by how NICE Davey seems. He just comes off as very intelligent, very sweet, very open minded, very accepting of things other people might see as weird or kinky. I really love that, when an interview with a celebrity you like just makes you love them more.
Relatedly, I'm still loving the Blaqk Audio album. It really sucks you into the world of the songs, both musically and lyrically. Also...now that I know Davey has done breath play...it gives a whole new context to the line 'Don't take it easy on me/Just make it harder to breathe' in 'Between Breathes (XXX Perspective)', a song that is already obviously about sex.
