How I spent my morning...
Sep. 18th, 2010 09:26 amWhile checking out Escape the Fate's new video (the most -possibly unintentionally- hilarious video ever! Bryan opens the door of the plane and jumps out at one point! Also Craig is no Ronnie, and Max is still hot and crazy. Random cameo with Benji) I discovered a band called Black Veil Brides. (Thanks, 'Related Videos'!)
They are kind of too hard for me - you know, the kind of music where only the verses are singing and the choruses are all screaming - but I don't really care, because the lead singer, whose name is apparently Andy Six, is really hot.
Yeah.
And I loved the video, the way it was shot, in mostly stark monochrome. (Even the though storyline about the bullied emo kid doesn't really seem to have a good conclusion??)
I will ignore both the screaming and the unsatisfying storyline, because it (read: Andy Six) also hits a lot of what 'those girls on the internet' would call my bullet proof kinks:
1. eye make up
2. deep v-neck shirts
3. chest/throat tattoo of text
4. all white outfit
5. rosary (bonus points for rosary pulling)
6. mic twirling
7. kneeling and outstretched hands
( picspam time )

I can't find anything on the color kids, only on Tickled Pink and Moonglow, who were both newer editions to the show. I guess they're focused on them because the Color Kids are too many characters to deal with making merch for? And then there's the whole girls must only love pink and purple thing.
