Why are we even debating about being sensitive and supportive of people who have been victims of rape or sexual abuse? All people are asking for is a second of your time - put the warning under a cut or in white text if need be - to warn for the most common triggers so they can read without suffering any negative and at times far-reaching mental and physical harm.
I do not understand how people can be so cruel, so self-important, and so arrogant.

How can you have the gall to tell people that they are using their history of sexual assault for 'victim's privilege'? (What the hell does that even mean?)
How can you have the gall to tell a survivor of sexual assault and rape that you know better than them what happened to them? That is the height of arrogance.
How can you have the gall to compare sexual assault and rape to a food allergy?
How can you have the gall to tell someone their triggers are something they need to 'get over' in therapy and maybe they're just not 'strong enough'?
It's absolutely sickening.

It's expecting some common courtesy from the community that we're all involved in. You know what is privileged, though? Having the luxury to be able to complain about people needing warnings, because those specific issues don't trigger you personally.
