Opening credits: Yuko Nakazawa - Akai Nikkicho (Begins with a spoken bit, so that’s nice for the opening. But it’s also about a love affair ending, so we’re not on to a very uplifting start. Maybe it will be one of those movies that start of badly only to improve?)
First Date: Good Charlotte – Moving On (For the first scene? Ok, well I guess I’m deciding to get over the lover affair that ended in the opening scene?)
Falling In Love: D&D – Love is a Melody (Perfect. Very upbeat. And starts with ‘I don’t need tears anymore/There won’t be any nights more nights where I cry myself to sleep/Because I love you)
Love Scene: Dean Martin – Winter Wonderland. (Hahaha)
Fight Scene: Namie Amuro – You’re my sunshine (Fighting to happy salsa? It can’t be that serious. Or we’re in denial?)
Breaking Up: Olivia – Winter Sleep (Now that’s more like it. Depressing piano ballad)
Making Up: SPEED - I remember (Huh. This is actually about breaking up, but also rememebering the past love, so I guess it’s okay? The melody itself it slightly boppy)
Secret Love: Rufus Wainwright – Instant Pleasure (My secret love is all about the physical, apparently. )
Life's Okay: Simple Plan – Thank you (Thank you for lying to me/And showing me that best friends cannot be trusted. Uh, not so Okay….)
Mental Breakdown: Issa - Breaking Away (My breakdown is very smooth and funky. And relationship based, apparently. Trying to get back my first love?)
Driving: Ayumi Hamasaki – Dearest (Urgh, a shmoopy ballad. Can you even drive to this and still reach the speed limit?)
Learning: Gym Class Heroes – Viva La White Girl (Is this some kind of sexuality epiphany?)
Deep Thought: Good Charlotte - The Motivation Proclamation (This movie is kind of GC heavy. Does that make it a teen flick? At least I’m getting motivated by my deep thought
)
Flashback: Ito You – Tsukitenshin (Dreamy and sort of healing. Good song.)
Happy Dance: Sugar Soul – Respect Yourself (My happy dance is very smooth with some Santana-esque guitar. Huh.)
Regretting: Kaori Natori – Goodbye (Perfect.)
Long Night Alone: Ayumi Hamasaki – Bold & Delicious (My last night alone is apparently spent out on the town, living it up)
Final Battle: HIM – Pretending (Nice angsty rock. Good subject. Maybe Ville’s sexy voice means there is angry sex? )
Death Scene: Namie Amuro – Stop the Music (I die to Eurobeat? Least sad death scene ever! I guess I go to heaven?)
Closing Credits: Hitomi – Problem (Haunting and bittersweet. I guess they’re trying to get people to cry during the credits, not the death scene?)
In conclusion….I don’t really know…..^_^; But I have to go to work now.
