What kind of weather do you enjoy most?
Super sunny, obvs! I also like downpours. When we had that gig downpour the other day, it washed all the bird poop off my windshield, so it was nice and clean.

What are are your good and bad points?
Good points: I'm easy to deal with, I'm not selfish, I'm really positive, and I try my best at everything.
Bad points: I fall asleep easily. I can fall asleep anywhere, no matter how many people are around.

Are you right or left handed?
Right for writing, left for sports.

What's your favorite smell?
Incense, I guess. I love citrus and lavender.

What's your favorite flavor?
Fruit. Like peach or orange. I bought this pear yesterday, and it was so good, maybe pear is my favorite. When I eat a pear I really feel like fall has arrived, you know?

What are you scared of?
Illness. I've got a really strong constitution, and like, I catch colds, but I've never run a high fever or anything, so illness really freaks me out.

What habit do you have?
I pick my nose in the shower.

What's something you never want to do?
Nothing. But I want to try not to fall asleep standing up, cuz that's really lame.

What's something that you'd be glad to hear?
"Thank you."

What's your favorite style of clothing?
I'll wear anything! From a suit to nothing but briefs!

What's special about your body?
No matter how much sun I get it always fades. It peels right away and I'm nice and pale again.

If you could suddenly develop a new talent, what talent would you want?
Mind reading! Things would be so easy if you could read people's minds. Like, "Oh, I see, you actually hate me." (LOL) Then you could follow up from there, and also grant people's wishes.

What do you think is your most masculine trait and your most feminine trait?
When I lift up that 5 gallons of water and put it in the water cooler! A feminine trait? Uh...I don't have much body hair. My arms have like no hair!

What part of your parents do you see in yourself?
The shape of my nose and my easy going personality.


If you have a child, what do you think they'll be like?
I want a boy and a girl. I wand a kid who is great at sports, and has a loving heart.

What characteristic do a lot of your friends share?
A lot of them are arts and crafty and professional. My friends and I went to a firework display the other day, and it was so beautiful I cried!

Who do you think you were in a past life?
I was once told I was John. I was like, "Whoa I was a saint!? For real?" (LOL) But in my past life and my next life, I'm me.

What kind of weather do you enjoy most?
Super sunny. When i wake up and the weather's really nice, it always makes me want to go out somewhere. Going to the beach is the best! I went to the beach this summer, and went swimming, slept on the sand, and looked at girls in bikinis. <3

What are your good and bad points?
My good (lit. long) point is...my hair. Cuz it's long! (LOL) My bad point is that my good point isn't anything really great.

Are you right or left handed?
I'm right handed and footed. Oh, but I think I can kick with my left foot too, if we're playing soccer or something.

What's your favorite smell?
A girl's shampoo.

What's your favorite flavor?
My taste of my first kiss...'cept I don't remember it! (LOL)

What are you scared of?
Ghosts. I don't have any sixth sense so I've never seen one, but like, I could never go in a haunted house!


What's something you never want to do?
A TV dorama with all the members of KAT-TUN. If we did a dorama together, we'd have to see each other every day for like three months! That would be kind of a pain. The entire group group gets about once every two weeks right now, and that's just right.

What's something that you'd be glad to hear?
"You're so big. <3"

What's your favorite style of clothing?
Casual. Like, for summer, a tee-shirt, shorts and flip-flops.

What's special about your body?
My wavy hair. In the past I really wanted straight hair, so I had it straightened, but now I don't care anymore.

If you could suddenly develop a new talent, what talent would you want?
The power to fly. Wouldn't it be totally awesome if you didn't have to worry about that annoying traffic?

What do you think is your most masculine trait and your most feminine trait?
Um...I don't know what we're using as the basis for masculinity. But I don't think I have any feminine traits?

What part of your parents do you see in yourself?
I can never refuse a fight, and my dad is just a quick tempered.

What's a tradition your family has kept for generations?
No bare feet in the house.

If you have a child, what do you think they'll be like?
A genius!! I just wanted to say that, sorry...

What characteristic do a lot of your friends share?
All my friends a great people who really think about their friends, so being with them really relaxes me. If something happened to one of the guys, I'd rush off to their side.

Who do you think you were in a past life?
Adam or Eve or something. I heard that all humans are descended from them.

What kind of weather do you enjoy most?
Really sunny. I love super hot sunny days!

Are are your good and bad points?
I've got a good memory! I always forget people's names, but I can remember all kidns of pointless stuff! My bad point is that I sometimes act before I speak.

Are you right or left handed?
Right.

What's your favorite smell?
I'm using this scented humidifier at home right now, and I really like lavender...

What's your favorite flavor?
Strong flavors! I like anything as long as it's got a lot of flavor. I don't get that whole 'lightly seasoned to bring out the natural flavors of the ingredients' thing.

What are you scared of?
Maybe my talent?

What dream do you often have?
When I was a kid I used to have this dream where I was being chased by this huge black shadow and I'd wake up just before it caught me. Lately I have a lot of dreams where I or someone else dies.

What's something you never want to do?
Bend over backwards and kiss people's asses.

What's something that you'd be glad to hear?
"Amazing..." I dunno but, like, isn't that great? It's like this magic word you can use in any situation, just like "For real!?"

What's your favorite style of clothing?
I like black and white. In the summer I go simple, just a tee shirt and jeans.

What's special about your body?
I have a mole in themiddle of my forehead by my hairline.

If you could suddenly develop a new talent, what talent would you want?
Hmm? Do I need any more?

What do you think is your most masculine trait and your most feminine trait?
I love mechanical things. If my computer or my game console breaks, I just take it apart. I made a bike recently, got all the parts together and everything. A feminine trait is how I believe in horoscopes. Sometimes I get really happy or really depressed because of my horoscope.

What part of your parents do you see in yourself?
I look just like my dad: my face, the way I talk, the way I walk and the growth of my beard...

If you have a child, what do you think they'll be like?
I dunno! By I can totally imagine myself having a girl and being all, 'I dunno what to do!

What characteristic do a lot of your friends share?
They're all simple idiots who get all wrapped up in something like a kid.

All I know is once a spiritualist told me I was a man...

The six of us lined up on stage. Because the summer concert is still fresh in my mind.

What kind of weather do you enjoy most?
Sunny, obvs! I'm weak for humidity.

Are are your good and bad points?
Good points: Flexibility and adaptability. When I was little I seriously thought I could become friends with all the kids in school. I guess my bad point is that - I'm not brain washed or anything, but I can be influenced by people's ideas and opinions and the situation, like 'Oh, I could see that.'

What's your favorite smell?
I like lack of scent. But I do like the new car smell.

What's your favorite flavor?
All sweets. Western sweets, Japanese sweets, fruit. I like anything sweet.

What are you scared of?
Heights and refrigerators. Yesterday I totally jammed my pinkie in the refrigerator door. It hurt so badly I passed out in agony. Seriously, it made this cracking noise! I'm going to be really careful opening and closing the refrigerator door for a while now!

What habit do you have?
When I'm talking I always say "I get it." and "That's right." and "For real!?" I can keep a conversation going for an hour with just those three phases.

What's something you never want to do?
Bungee jumping!

What's something that you'd be glad to hear?
"You're amazing!" That always makes me happy.

What's your favorite style of clothing?
Loose, simple and casual. I like pajamas!

What's special about your body?
My toes are crazy long.

If you could suddenly develop a new talent, what talent would you want?
The power to have a great body without having to work out!

What do you think is your most masculine trait and your most feminine trait?
I don't have many masculine traits. If anything, maybe that I do a little weight training every day. Feminine traits...like yesterday when I bought an accessory box and went home and put all my accessories really neatly in it. (LOL)

What part of your parents do you see in yourself?
The line from the back of my head to my neck? Everyone in the Nakamaru family has the same one, male or female.

What's a tradition your family has kept for generations?
We eat nanagusagayu on 1/7, eat unagi on Ushi no Hi, take yuzu-yu baths in winter...we do a lot of those kinds of things.


If you have a child, what do you think they'll be like?
A naughty boy. I think if I had a daughter all my worries would be focused on her and I wouldn't get any work done. I'd be so worried about her.

What characteristic do a lot of your friends share?
Serious. Clean cut.

Who do you think you were in a past life?
Wha?

What kind of weather do you enjoy most?
When the sky is blue without a single cloud, the humidity is low, and your clothes dry in one second. Even better if the cicadas are chirping.

Are are your good and bad points?
Good point: I can read people's moods. Bad point: I'm very influenced by my own emotions.

Are you right or left handed?
Right handed.

What's your favorite smell?
All sweet smells.

What's your favorite flavor?
Soy sauce flavor. Even bad white rice tastes good if you put soy sauce on it!

What are you scared of?
Spiders. When I was little I had a dream where I ate this huge spider, and it traumatized me...

What dream do you often have?
A dream where I fall in love with an acquaintance who I don't feel anything for in real life. Oh, well, maybe I think they're a little cute.(LOL)

What habit do you have?
When I'm thinking something is a pain in the neck, I scratch the back of my head. I do it a lot during concerts. (LOL)

What's something you never want to do?
I never want to eat a bug! No way!

What's something that you'd be glad to hear?
If it's a girl saying "I like you.", I'm all for it, no matter the degree of 'like'. <3

What's your favorite style of clothing?
I wear what people say looks good on me. I always go shopping with someone else, because I wouldn't want my fashion sense to be off.


What's special about your body?
Someone at the gym told me that I have long arms and legs. In boxing, it's an advantage if you've got the reach to fight a little far apart. But in terms of my personality, I'm the type of person who wants to fight up close. It was really hard for me to put some distance between [me and my partner] at first.

If you could suddenly develop a new talent, what talent would you want?
Ball sports. I've never played anything except basket ball before, and I don't like any of the others. And even with basket ball, I only succeeded because I put everything I had into it. I'd love to be able to shoot a really beautiful goal in soccer or something.


What do you think is your most masculine trait and your most feminine trait?
Masculine train would be my stoicism, and feminine is...my hair style, since it's a bob. A girl could probably copy it.

What's a tradition your family has kept for generations?
We always do all the holiday events, like nanagusagayu. (Rice porridge made for New year's). We also do shobuyu (a traditional bath on 5/5 made from soaking Sweet Flag leaves), and yuzu-yu (a bath made from soaking yuzu citrus fruits, usually in winter). There's always something interesting in the Ueda Family bath tub.

If you have a child, what do you think they'll be like?
I hope they are free spirited, but also have common sense. If I have a daughter I know I'll spoil her rotten, so I'll need my wife to be the one who scolds her.

Who do you think you were in a past life?
I hope I was a gracefully swimming dolphin! I don't float because my muscle is too heavy. I calculated my body age and it was 15!


What image to you get when you hear the word KAT-TUN?
Kame's face. When I'm at home watching TV and a show has a guest from KAT-TUN, it's usually Kamenashi.




KAME

What kind of weather do you enjoy most?
Sunny. I like it when the sky is blue, but every so often a cloud floats by. When you sleep out side and are thinking how hot it is, it feels cool for the moment that a cloud floats by. That feels so good!

Are you right or left handed?
Right. The only time I use my left hand is to catch balls.

What's your favorite smell?
The perfume I wear.

What's your favorite flavor?
Miso soup made with white miso and Japanese littleneck clams.


What dream do you often have?
When I have to wake up in the morning but I'm really tired, I'll often dream that I went to work and am working.

What habit do you have?
Clearing my throat.

What's something you never want to do?
Not sleep. In other words I'm really sleepy right now!

What's something that you'd be glad to hear?
I think that if it's something someone is saying because they're looking after me, it makes me happy, whether it's a compliment or a warning.

What's your favorite style of clothing?
Black and White. Also, usually jeans.

What's special about your body?
The mole on my right shoulder.

If you could suddenly develop a new talent, what talent would you want?
I'd love to make time last longer. 24 hours isn't enough in a day! I think it would also be cool to stop the movement of everyone but me for a day. What would I do then? Well, lift up girl's skirts, obvs! But I guess that's more like a psychic power than a talent...

What do you think is your most masculine trait and your most feminine trait?
I'm not really sure, but people tell me that I have a big sense of responsibility. Well, I guess that's why I get so tired out, but yeah. But maybe my artistic sensitivity is feminine. Women's actions and gestures are so soft and beautiful and I can kind of relate to that, or like, I wish I could be that way...

What part of your parents do you see in yourself?
My dad's face, and my mom's personality. My mother is a really strong person, if something happens she won't say anything, she'll just bear it. I'm not as strong as she is, but I do tend to keep things to myself and just tolerate them.


What's a tradition your family has kept for generations?
My family is all guys so we don't really a anything, but we do have a secret agreement that when we get together the entire family gets together.

What characteristic do a lot of your friends share?
They've got big hearts, and open minds. I guess they're all adults, because we don't quarrel about things　and no one gets worked up over anything. So we can be relaxed around each other without having to be too careful about things.
